Meet Pastors Don & Julia

Don and Julia McDonell are an inspiring couple who love people and live life to the full. They are totally dedicated to see our generations live great lives through faith in Jesus Christ. "A spirit of faith" aptly describes this couple and Inspire Church is an extension of their passion and their devotion. Don and Julia live to Inspire all generations to live with eternal purpose. As Don puts it "Its about relationship with God, You can have all the right ingredients for life but only the power of Jesus Christ can transform your life and shape your destiny".

Formerly a business couple in the construction industry, Don and Julia's lives were revolutionized after an encounter with Jesus Christ. For many years they traveled internationally as international evangelists, till 12 years ago when they felt the strong call of God to pioneer a church and planted "Inspire" on the Northern beaches region of Auckland.

Inspire has experienced incredible growth under their leadership and now has international influence. Don and Julia have over 30 years of experience in leadership and ministry. They live to see lives flourish and the kingdom expanded as their greatest reward.

Don and Julia are sought after speakers and travel extensively around the world inspiring the church and seeing thousands touched by the power of God. As International Evangelists for over 15 years they are great communicators and have seen many powerful signs and wonders and countless lives impacted. Don is also an executive member of Assemblies of God New Zealand which has 180 churches in its network. Together they have four children and eight grandchildren.
